1. The "Zero-Retention" Promise

VerbiMap operates on a client-side architecture. When you paste a transcript into our tool, it is sent to our AI processor for the sole purpose of summarization. We do not store, save, or index your meeting transcripts or summaries on our servers. Once you close your browser tab or refresh the page, the data is permanently erased from your session, unless stored in your local Vault.

2. The Vault (Local Storage)

VerbiMap includes a "Vault" feature that automatically saves your summaries to your device's internal database (IndexedDB). This data never leaves your computer and is not accessible to us.
